Our Mission

We are an extended family with a passion to provide its talent and treasure to support the mission of Seattle Children’s, and in particular, to support uncompensated care.

We intend on including in our guild our children, grand children and future generations in order that they become aware of the health care needs of children.

Girl's Night In

An evening of socializing, relaxing, shopping, and learning in November raised over $2000 dollars for Seattle Children's!

Special thanks to Pam Guyer of Silpada Jewelry who donated proceeds in excess of $400 from the evening's purchases.

Special thanks also to Laura Tufts of Children's Hospital for sharing with us personal stories about Children's and for highlighting the urgency in encouraging Seattle City Council to approve expansion permits.

Texas Hold'em

The 1st Annual Carousel Guild Texas Hold'em Tournament in September raised over $1000 for Seattle Children's!

Ice Cold Lemonade!

2009 is the year of many firsts for our Guild with the Junior Committee coordinating their first ever fundraising lemonade stands in August!

Over $115 was raised in Lake Stevens with an additional $50 raised in Seattle by the Schmidt clan bringing the Junior Committee to over $165 in donations!
